After-Sales Maintenance Terms


I. Service Recipients:

This After-Sales Service Clause The service content stipulated in this clause applies to those provided in the Chinese market through Jiayu Mechanical & Electrical High-voltage AC servo products and low-voltage products purchased through its authorized legitimate channels, Straight Servo motion products , low-voltage DC brushless servo products, supercapacitor modules, and LCD control modules Movement, and all-in-one products, among others.

 

II. Service Items:

1 , Warranty Period: Drive: 12  months; motor: 12 months.

During the warranty period, we will provide warranty service for non-human-induced product failures. Please contact our sales representative and complete the “Repair” form. Notice “Table” (key information such as: product model, Airframe assembly including the serial number, fault description, special requirements, etc.), and send them to our company’s repair center. , We will complete the repair and ship the item back to you within the warranty period.

The warranty period is generally calculated based on the outbound shipment time recorded via barcode scanning (provided that the customer can furnish verifiable proof of the exact shipment date, that date may be used instead).

2 , Exchange:

From the date of product shipment 3 Within [number] months, if the product experiences a non-human-induced failure, we will replace it with a unit of the same model.

3 , Lifetime Maintenance:

We provide lifetime maintenance services to our customers. For defective products that fall outside the warranty coverage during the warranty period or have exceeded the warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Once the customer confirms acceptance of the repair costs, we will arrange for the repair. However, we are unable to provide repair services for products that have been discontinued, for which repair parts are unavailable, or for returned items that are so severely damaged as to be beyond repair.

4 1. Maintenance costs:

1 ) During the warranty period, products experiencing failures not caused by human error will be repaired free of charge;
2 ) For products beyond the warranty period or those damaged due to human error, we will charge based on the specific model and extent of damage, covering the cost of replacement parts, labor, and shipping. The exact charges will be quoted by the designated sales representative.

 

III. Circumstances Not Covered by Free Warranty:

1 ) Product failures caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, or earthquake;

2 )Damage caused by improper installation or use by the customer;

3 ) Without Jiayu Mechanical & Electrical Product failures caused by authorized personnel disassembling, repairing, or modifying the product;

4 ) Non- Jiayu Mechanical & Electrical Products purchased through direct sales or authorized legal channels;

5 ) The product’s barcode has been torn, altered, or rendered unrecognizable for other reasons;

 

IV. Maintenance Procedure:
1 ) Repair Request: The customer shall send the item to be repaired, together with the “Repair Request Form,” to the designated address according to the product type. Jiayu Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Center

2 ) Jiayu Mechanical & Electrical Upon receipt of the item for repair, confirm whether it qualifies as a chargeable repair; if so, then Notice to Business Contact the customer for a repair quote;
3 ) Arrange for repair and return the repaired item to the customer within the repair cycle. The repair cycle is defined as the total number of business days from the date the company receives the customer’s returned item to the date it is shipped back to the customer after completion of the repair. During the repair process, a sales representative will contact the customer to confirm relevant information; if delays in providing such information are attributable to the customer, the repair cycle will be extended accordingly.

 

V. Customer Information
1 )Please back up program parameters and other settings before sending the device in for repair, as these settings may not be retained after the repair.
2 )As our products are precision electronic devices, customers are advised to use secure and reliable packaging and shipping methods when returning items to prevent further damage during transit. We recommend that customers obtain shipping insurance. Our company shall not be liable for any losses arising during transportation due to shipping-related causes or other force majeure events. Your understanding is appreciated.
3 ) If no feedback is received within one week after the customer’s repair item has been shipped, please call the corresponding sales representative to inquire, to prevent the repair item from being lost in transit.
4 ) The final right of interpretation of these Terms of Service shall reside with Shenzhen City. Jiayu Mechanical & Electrical Limited company.
