Job Responsibilities
1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking post-launch performance.
2. Develop effective data-tracking mechanisms aligned with operational objectives and the current product landscape; drive the optimization of operational strategies in response to business development needs; and oversee the execution of online product promotion campaigns to achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay abreast of competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; a strong sense of responsibility and high stress tolerance; capable of independently completing projects.
2. Possess keen insight, independent analytical skills, strong learning and innovation capabilities, and excellent verbal communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Must be able to prepare PRDs and wireframes; candidates with banking industry experience or a strong understanding of installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning platforms will be given priority.
5. Strong stress tolerance, execution capability, and learning ability.
