Main Components
The internal structure of a logistics motor consists of a specific stator and rotor, as well as corresponding winding coils. By means of these windings and the control system, parameters such as the magnitude and direction of the current during rotation, as well as the angle of deflection, can be precisely controlled. A DC servo controller is required to adjust the rotational signals, and in practical applications, all these parameters are of significant operational importance.
Working Principle
Current positioning can be achieved by detecting the electromagnetic pulse signals emitted by the motor itself; for each specified rotation angle, the motor responds with a corresponding pulse, enabling the system to record position using a pulse encoder. This approach also allows precise control of angular position and rotational speed, thereby facilitating accurate positioning.
Usage Characteristics
Logistics motors exhibit high precision, robust performance, and strong anti-interference capabilities. By leveraging pulse-based positioning, they enable precise control of speed, torque, and rotational accuracy, thereby overcoming the reliability issues associated with conventional motors. Their rotational speed can reach 2,000 to 5,000 rpm. Moreover, these motors can withstand substantial overloads and promptly respond to transient load fluctuations, effectively preventing system-wide malfunctions and delivering exceptional stability.
Logistics motors also feature short heating times, low heat generation, and reduced noise. With a start-up time of only tens of milliseconds, they effectively alleviate the workload of operators, and when deployed in large workshops and industrial facilities, they can boost production efficiency while enhancing worker comfort.
